In addition to the regular text-based multiple-choice questions, your NCLEX exam will have between 1- and 24 SATA (“select all that apply”, or “multiple response”) questions where you’ll need to select all answer choices that apply. For those, you’ll have to get all options correct, as there’s no partial credit. The total number of SATA questions you’ll get will be determined by how you’re answering your NCLEX questions. The important thing about SATA-based questions is to think of them as being four separate and distinct true/ false questions. Simply look at each answer option as a separate true/false statement.
