NCLEX-RN SATA Practice Test 5

  • Based on the official NCLEX-RN exam guidelines
  • Updated for June 2026
  • Perfect for nursing students and professionals preparing for the NCLEX exam
  • Triple-checked for accuracy by nursing experts
Most people only prepare for the “standard” multiple-choice questions when they study for their NCLEX-RN® exam. And when they face their first SATA (select all that apply) question, they freeze. It’s true that the majority of your questions will be, indeed, multiple-choice, but you need to be ready for the 10-25 SATA questions that you may get. So, what’s SATA? SATA, or “select all that apply”, or “multiple response” is a specific question type where you’ll be required to select all answer choices that apply. It’s important to understand that with this type of question you’ll need to get all options correct (even if you miss one, it is considered wrong; there’s no partial credit). The majority of your NCLEX® exam is still going to be single-option multiple-choice questions.
