Nurse Plus Academy was built to address a fundamental gap in NCLEX preparation: nursing students studying dense textbooks and memorizing facts, yet struggling with the clinical judgment the exam actually tests. We created practice questions designed to develop the critical thinking skills nurses need -- both for the NCLEX and for real patient care.

Since 2016, we have helped thousands of nursing students prepare for the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN exams. Our materials follow a multi-layer editorial process, and our foundational nursing standards were shaped with guidance from Winona Suzanne Ball, our Founding Nursing Adviser.
