NCLEX-PN Psychosocial Integrity Practice Questions

Reviewed by Winona Suzanne Ball, Nursing Adviser, RN | MHS, Governors State University, IL, Full member of the American Nurses Association.

The NCLEX-PN covers several content areas, each having its own specific weight. Psychosocial Integrity questions are about 9-15% of the NCLEX-PN Examination. This practice test includes questions about therapeutic responses to client anxiety, coping mechanisms, developmental stages of life, grief and loss, cultural considerations, and substance abuse. Each of the questions in this practice test is designed to help you prepare for the official state NCLEX-PN exam. Please note that the actual NCLEX-PN is a computer-adaptive test (CAT) which means you’ll get a variable number of questions depending on how you’ve been answering them. Topics covered in this NCLEX-PN practice test also include therapeutic responses to major life events, different types of abuse, and mental health terms.
