What are the [ost-operative clinical indications of shock?

Increased heart rate, decreasing blood pressure, and decreasing urine output. Shock occurs when there is inadequate circulating blood volume. Heart rate increases to compensate for the drop in blood volume. Hypotension occurs due to the decreased volume and pressure resistance, causing less oxygen to reach the kidneys. Without adequate perfusion, urine output drops.
